Work was done quickly and Joe did a great job. Everthing looks to be working properly. He gave me a ballpark estimate before he started but had to replace some piping and was a bit more. All in all a great job.

Cody was great - very happy with the service. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace and repaired the problem. Very friendly and professional throughout. Excellent communication beforehand and during the service. Highly recommend and will use again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cody at Extreme Heating and Air. He arrived promptly this morning and, from the start, went out of his way to listen carefully to what I had been dealing with. Unlike other companies that rush to diagnose without listening, they took the time to understand that my heater hadn’t been working all night and made it a priority to resolve the issue. His efficiency was impressive—he sorted everything out very quickly and even cleaned up some additional maintenance items along the way. On top of their exceptional service, they offered me a military discount at the end, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is rare. I’ll absolutely be using them again for all my heating needs. Highly recommend!

Finding a wood burning insert installer in Anchorage proved difficult. I had unreliable and no response from several local companies and Jake at "on point" even "no showed, no called" after agreeing to install my insert. I contacted Extreme heating and from the start was extremely pleased with their communication, reliability, and patience with my questions. Derek came to my house yesterday and did an amazing job installing my wood burning fireplace, I couldn't be happier! He was considerate, thorough and did such an amazing job on the install. Not to mention the price of the install was very resonable. I'll be using these guys again. He needs to get a raise, thanks again! * Don't know if I could make another review, but just had another appointment with them 6 months later to check my boiler and once again excellent. Cody was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, along with thoroughly cleaning and inspecting my boiler. Please give him a raise! *11/20/24 yet another compliment of the work done by Extreme heat, Will was such a huge help today while modifying the intake on my boiler thanks!

Very professional and down to earth. Chris did a great job on the new pipes and valves. Good communication with Thomas and the team through the process and they were very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule short notice. Definitely recommend these folks.

Thomas, Chad, and Joe have excellent customer service! I had an odd living situation when they first came to install my new filtration systems, and they kindly worked around the previous tenants schedule. They've also been incredibly responsive when I've had other issues! I was so impressed with their plumbing work, that when my old garage heater stopped working, I called them for a replacement and they were able to fit me in the following week. I'm appreciative of both their actual physical work, and the kindness with which they operate. Would highly recommend!

This is the company you want! I’ve had a variety of issues and these folks are the absolute best. The people that come out are all kind, smart, professional and trustworthy.
